General Rules:
Guests Must Be Age 25 & Older to Reserve
No pets are allowed, and no smoking is permitted in the home. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Pets in the home will incur a $350 fee.
Pool Heating & Barbecue Equipment available for a fee. Please enquire with the host prior to your arrival so that we can make the arrangements.
The private pool located in the home does have some child safety gates available, however all guests swim at their own risk. Families and extended stays are welcome! Infant & Child equipment available upon request.
Please also respect the neighbors in the complex and always monitor your noise levels. Quiet hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am.

Getting around
Taxi, RideShare (Uber|Lyft) and Car Rentals are all available in the surrounding area. Major rental car providers such as Budget, Avis, and Hertz can be found inside the Orlando International Airport (MCO) terminal and can be booked online in advance of your arrival. Just a 30-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) the house can be easily reached by car or taxi. Free parking is available.
Cancellation Policy
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
