My favorite things in the world are reading and biking I love outdoors. Oh and I love Coffee, my friends and colleagues say is the best! But my real passion is boating, it's the perfect excuse to unplug even if it is just for a few hours, the magic of the ocean, the sun and the wind are the perfect formula to connect with nature which is a contributor to overall good health.
