With a capacity of 8 guests, this house has 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A private pool is available so you can cool off from Florida’s heat by immersing into the refreshing water whenever you need to. Laundry room is a fully included service. There are 2 parking spots available for you. Linens and towels are provided, along with a kit of basic house supplies.

The access code generated for our property is unique and will be valid only for the time of the reservation.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (it can be extended depending upon availability. Please ask before final confirmation.)

Beautiful heated swimming pool with private cabanas, kids water park featuring a clubhouse with general store, Florida style bar and grill, state of the art fitness center for family entertainment.

General Rules

• No Smoking
• No Pets
• No Parties or Events
• No Loud Music
• No Guests may stay that weren't on the intinerary
• The person booking must also be a guest staying (no 3rd party bookings, these reservations will be cancelled)

Fees

• US $210 cleaning fee per stay. For longer stays cleaning is done upon request.
• US $250 penalty fee for smoking inside or outside the house
• US $35 Grill Cleaning Fee
• US $250 pets penalty Fee
• Resort Fee 6%
• Tourist Tax 6.5%

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day. It takes about 24 hours to warm it up. So, at your check-in you can verify the water’s temperature and decide if you need it to be heated or not. There is a charge of US$ 25.00/day minimum of 3 days to cover the cost of gas heating and service. Please, let us know 24 hrs before arriving at the property. This pool is not a jacuzzi.

Security deposit of US$ 300.00 (or more) to cover damages to the property. It will be refunded at the end of the stay.

* We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items while staying at the property.

Cancellation Policy

FIRM: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
